☀️ Morning Ritual (30–60 mins)

1. Wake Gently (No Rush)

  • Avoid grabbing your phone first thing.
  • Stretch in bed or do a few minutes of deep breathing.

2. Cleanse & Uplift Your Vibe (5–10 mins)

  • Burn sage, palo santo, or light a candle.
  • Say: “I release what no longer serves me and welcome in peace.”
  • Play uplifting music or a mantra like “Om Mani Padme Hum” or “Ra Ma Da Sa”.

3. Nourish Your Body (10–20 mins)

  • Hydrate with lemon water or herbal tea.
  • Eat a nutrient-rich breakfast (e.g. oats with fruit, smoothie bowl, eggs with greens).

4. Move Mindfully (10–20 mins)

  • Gentle yoga or stretching.
  • A short walk in nature if time allows — even 10 minutes counts.

5. Self-Love Mirror Affirmations (2–5 mins)

  • “I am enough.”
  • “I am radiant, strong, and worthy of love.”

1. Midday Nature Break

  • Walk outside or sit in sunlight for grounding.

  • Eat slowly and consciously. Choose vibrant, whole foods.

  • Take a 10–15 min break from your phone, emails, and screens.
  • Do nothing, or breathe deeply with eyes closed.

4. Check-In + Journal (5 mins)

  • “How do I feel right now?”
  • “What do I need emotionally or energetically?”

🌙 Evening Wind-Down (30–60 mins)

1. Light + Scent Ritual

  • Dim lights, light a candle or incense.
  • Add essential oils (lavender, sandalwood, or rose).

2. Cleansing Shower or Bath (10–20 mins)

  • Visualise stress washing away.
  • Add Epsom salts, flower petals, or calming music.

3. Meditation or Sound Healing (10–15 mins)

  • Try guided meditations or frequencies (396Hz for release, 528Hz for love).
  • Use mantras like “I am safe. I am whole.”

4. Quality Connection

  • Call or hug a loved one, or cuddle a pet.
  • Share laughter or joy with someone close.

5. Gentle Joy

  • Watch a feel-good show or read a soul-nourishing book.
  • Laugh freely – comedy, memes, funny videos count!

6. Gratitude & Journaling (5–10 mins)

  • List 3 things you’re grateful for.
  • Reflect: “What made me feel loved today?”

7. Prepare for Deep Sleep

  • No screens 30 mins before bed.
  • Keep room cool, dark, and sacred.
  • Try a herbal tea like chamomile, passionflower, or ashwagandha.
